Guests to Sam's Giardino Hotel, which has
10 stylish rooms, are wished a hearty welcome by the owner, Swiss-trained
Samuel Egger, and Einstein, his canine PR manager.
The hotel is a unique combination - an oasis of relaxation and a
mixture of culture, quality and style. The essence of the establishment
is its cuisine, which is an assortment of Swiss and Italian specialities,
including ingredients from Sam's own herbal garden. Fine dining
is offered in the Enoteca wine restaurant and every evening there
is a different set menu. The subtle classical background music compliments
the setting.
The "Grotto", which offers over 150 selected wines, is
an added attraction. Wine tastings are offered daily in the new
wine cellar.
The hotel has received the HAN Award of Excellence 5 TIMES (1999
- 2003)
